16-17 Mar 2023

Yaounde French and English with simultaneous translation
Start: 08:00 (WAT/CET) || End: 23:00 (WAT/CET)

Join us in Yaounde for a two-day must-attend conference on dispute prevention and resolution in infrastructure, mining and energy projects which will bring together key actors from the public and private sectors, and celebrate the 100-year legacy of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in leading dispute resolution.

The first edition of this conference will provide an opportunity to exchange and strengthen the participants' capacities in the field of dispute prevention and resolution, from the project negotiation stage to the implementation stage, with a focus on contractual risk management. A gala dinner will be held at the end of the conference as a great occasion for participants to network with experts from the region.

Who should attend?

This conference is open to all in-house counsel, company secretaries, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators and all dispute resolution practitioners.
