This event will discuss the application of uniformed substantive rules such as the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980) (CISG). Particularly focus will be given to the application of the same in international arbitration.  This event is one of the UNCITRAL Asia Pacific Day events to celebrate the 40th anniversary of CISG, which is organized in partnership with ICC.
