The panel will address the interactions between arbitration and national courts from diverse perspectives and will touch upon issues such as the intervention (wanted or unwanted) of national courts in arbitration proceedings, how national judges can assist arbitration, how courts around the world have been promoting or detracting arbitration, and when resorting to national courts is preferable to arbitration.
