Objective/Who should attend?
The recent disruptions in the global economy and the fast-evolving landscape of African economies call for a revisitation of our practices to best respond to the needs of businesses. This second edition of the ICC Kenya Conference and Training on ADR and Arbitration will be a great opportunity for all dispute resolution practitioners in the East Africa region to gather, learn and exchange on the latest trends of ADR and Arbitration in their region.
This conference is a must-attend for all in-house counsel, company secretaries, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators and generally dispute resolution practitioners who wish to connect with their peers while learning about the latest developments in their field of expertise.
