Join us for our 37th joint colloquium with a nod to this year’s New York Arbitration Week theme, International Commercial and Investment Arbitration: Who is in Charge?

International arbitration experts, practitioners, and business leaders count upon the renowned  Joint Colloquium on International Arbitration—a collaboration of the three leading international arbitral institutions—for a discussion of some of the most significant developments in the field. This year, look for sessions on:

  • Codes of Conduct: Has there been an erosion of civility in international arbitration? 
  • Have in-house and government counsel changed their roles in their alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process?   
  • What Would You Do? This session will cover a number of international arbitration scenarios that the panel will consider and discuss what they would do if faced with the particular situation.

The 37th Joint Colloquium will feature its traditional opening session where each of the institutions present their report on recent developments and initiatives.
