Join us for the annual Proskauer Lecture on International Arbitration featuring Paul Friedland.
Jointly organised by Proskauer, the Columbia University School of Law’s Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration Law, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and the United States Council for International Business/ICC USA, this year’s lecturer is Paul Friedland, a partner at White & Case and renowned international arbitration practitioner and arbitrator. Mr. Friedland’s topic is The Sabotage at Black Tom and the 1923-39 US/Germany Interstate Arbitration.
