The 2022 Belt and Road High-level Dialogue on International Commercial Arbitration is co-hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC), ICC China, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), and the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Court).
The event has been successfully held in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021. This year, together with experts from all over the world, we will discuss cutting-edge issues in the field of international arbitration. Topics include risk prevention in the belt and road trade, transparency in international arbitration and corruption arguments in international arbitration.
This event aims to provide a high-level dialogue platform to promote exchanges and interactions among the business community, arbitration community and legal community on international commercial arbitration. This will help Chinese enterprises to go global, better participate in the further implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative as well as enhance usage of arbitration services to settle relevant disputes and safeguard their legitimate interests.
